Repair Supplies   To keep repair times speedy, we stock most all supplies. Typically, we disassemble, clean, and inspect all molds; replace worn screws, o-rings, etc.; and when finishing a repair job, we check all water circuits, injection systems, cams, and all hot runner systems.   Preventative Maintenance   Conducting preventative maintenance on molds can alleviate future expenses and downtimes. We insert high-repair areas with soft and/or hard steel inserts to extend the life of repaired area, and for future quick and inexpensive repairs.
