The Universal Flex2 co-axial circuit, the third evolution of the tube-within-a-tube design from King Systems, incorporates the best features of the Univesal F®, F2®, and PedF2® with the innovative ability to expand. The Universal Flex2 is capable of the widest range of clinical applications from the operating room through transport to either PACU or ICU.
Expandable Single-Limb Circuit
The Universal Flex2 is expandable to meet the surgical needs of your patient. Compressed the circuit eliminates unwanted draping. But, should the patient need to be turned or moved away from the anesthesia machine, the Universal Flex2 expands to accomodate most situations.
One Circuit Fits All
Due to the unique materials and design, the Universal Flex2 can be used on any size patient where a circle circuit would typically be used. Additionally, with our optional Mapleson adapter and your Mapleson D arm, the circuit can be used as a high flow system, making the Universal Flex2 the only circuit in the world to work on any pediatric or adult surgical patient.
