AIRTRAQ disposable optical laryngoscopes bridge the gap between the art and science of intubation. Through uncompromised access, superior control, delivery of better patient care, and choice in airway management solutions, AIRTRAQ laryngoscopes reduce the risks associated with tracheal and endobronchial intubation through reliability, ease of use, and convenience.
“…AIRTRAQ reduced the duration of tracheal intubation attempts, increased the success rate, and resulted in fewer minor complications and reduced hemodynamic stimulation…Management of the potential difficult airway remains a major clinical challenge. Unfortunately, despite predictive tests… no single factor reliably predicts these difficulties. Consequently, many difficult intubations will not be recognized until after induction of anesthesia. Our group has previously demonstrated that the AIRTRAQ possesses advantages over the Macintosh laryngoscopes when used by anesthetists, inexperienced medical personnel, and novices.”1
AIRTRAQ Optical Laryngoscopes
• Simple
• Disposable
• Guided Intubation
• Complete Airway Access
AIRTRAQ offers a high quality, disposable, true visualization tool that enhances your technique of direct laryngoscopy with the added benefit of a guide channel that provides a clear, magnified view of the airway during routine and complex airway use. Ready to use and easy to insert, all AIRTRAQs have a built-in anti-fog system and low temperature light source and can be equipped with a small, reusable clip-on video system that connects to an external monitor.
AIRTRAQ laryngoscopes include standard and small sizes, nasotracheal and double lumen tube configurations. The AIRTRAQ DL facilitates double lumen endobronchial tube insertions and the AIRTRAQ NT is for use during nasal intubations using endotracheal tubes.
The future of intubation is in your hands.
