Designed for positive pressure ventilation as well as for spontaneous breathing, the KING LT-D provides maximum versatility as an airway management tool.  Consistent in achieving a ventilatory seal of 30 cm H2O or higher, the KING LT-D is disposable, easy to insert, and results in minimal airway trauma.  Ideal for the EMS market, the KING LT-D successfully ventilates when time is most critical. 

With an average insertion time of less than 15 seconds, the KING LT-D’s patented “S-shape” design ensures that the tip properly positions in the esophageal inlet, virtually eliminating the chance of tracheal intubation. 

The KING LT-D, which is 100% latex free, also features external insertion depth marks, an anatomically shaped proximal cuff to seal the nasopharynx and oropharynx, and a distal cuff to seal the esophagus and to help minimize the possibility of gastric insufflation.  The KING LT-D airways are suitable for patients ranging from 35 in or 12 kg in weight up to adults over 6 ft tall.

 All sizes are single-use devices and packaged individually or as EMS kits.  The EMS kits include the airway, cuff inflation syringe, lubricant, and Instructions for Use and are exclusively distributed by Tri-anim (800-874-2646).
